This coaching is for runners who want training that fits their real life, supports long-term progress, and helps them feel strong in the sport they love. Whether you're learning to run, training for your first race, building back after time away, training through a major life transition or pushing toward longer distances, we’ll work together to create sustainable training that supports performance, joy, and quality of life.

Strength training is a core part of the approach because it’s essential for endurance, durability, and staying healthy over time. Health Coaching is included depending on your needs to support a health first approach. It’s not about optimizing and following fads it’s about grounded real life evidence-based health coaching support.

  • Personalized weekly running plan built around your schedule, capacity, and goals via Final Surge,

  • Strength training tailored to your current level and integrated into your weekly structure

  • Health Coaching tailored to your current needs and goals

  • Weekly Calls 15-minute call, to review progress and serve as an overall check-in, if starting with a greater emphasis on health coaching, calls are 35-min weekly.

  • Training plan adjustments as needed‍ ‍to support flexibility while still giving you structure

  • A resilience-centered approach that builds consistency without fear-based or all-or-nothing training
